Picalo is released as open source, which means you can download and use it free of charge, both for personal and commercial purposes. We hope you will submit the analyses as detectlets so others can benefit from your genius, just as you are benefiting from theirs right now. :)
 
This is Picalo Version 4.30, posted on Thursday, 28 Aug 2008. If you already have a previous version of Picalo installed, you can install this version directly over it (no uninstall needed).

Choose the appropriate Picalo Installer for your operating system:
 
Operating System Download Comments
Windows XP/Vista Download Windows Installer Picalo for Windows works on both XP and Vista.
Mac OS X Download Disk Image After downloading, drag the Picalo icon to your Applications folder.
Dpkg-based (.deb) Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, Xandros) Add this line to /etc/apt/sources.list: deb http://www.picalo.org/download binary/ After adding, run "sudo apt-get update", then "sudo apt-get install picalo". Alternatively, install the .deb files directly.
RPM-based (.rpm) Linux (Red Hat, Fedora, SUSE, Mandriva) Download RPM Files Expand the linked tarball, then run "rpm -i" for both RPM files.
Source Distribution Download Tarball Picalo should work on any operating system with Python and wxPython installed. Just untar and run "python Picalo.pyw"
Subversion Repository http://www.picalo.org/svn This option is only for Picalo developers. Point your svn client at the link to the left to get this version.
 
 
Current version not working? We try very hard to release bug-free versions of Picalo, but sometimes new features introduce new bugs. If the current version of Picalo isn't working for you, try downgrading to a version in our historical archive. And please post any bugs you find to our bug tracker.
